Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is responsible for the independent review and oversight of SCAG’s financial reporting processes, internal controls, external auditors, and Internal Audit. The Audit Committee is directly responsible for the appointment, compensation, retention, and oversight of the work of any independent accountants engaged for to prepare or issue independent audit reports or perform other independent audit, review, or attest services for SCAG. The Audit Committee is formally established by the Regional Council of SCAG.
The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid manner (both in-person and remotely by telephonic and video conference).
